Through our work, we aim to raise awareness and funds for brain cancer research while helping those suffering with a brain tumor have a better quality of life.

Grassroots Fundraising

Thank you for your interest in the Brain Tumor Alliance Grassroots Fundraising Program!

Get your friends, family, co-workers and community together and support Brain Tumor Alliance by holding your own event or by participating in an existing event.  You can participate in a Hope Happens Here event, or a Grassroots Fundraising Event put on by others in your community.  Get your entire community involved to raise funds for Brain Tumor Alliance and brain tumor awareness and research.

The Brain Tumor Alliance Grassroots Fundraising Program is for individuals, groups, schools, businesses, clubs or ANYONE who is interested in raising funds for Brain Tumor Alliance by holding events or fundraisers in their community. Your event can consist of runs, walks, bicycle rides, silent auctions, wine tastings, wristband sales, bake sales or anything you can come up with.  You can also set up a booth at a local event to raise funds and awareness, the options are endless.

When you participate in our Grassroots Fundraising Program, you get access to a secure website that is full of tools to assist you in your fundraising efforts.  You will also get either Team or Personal Fundraising Pages where your supporters can contribute to your efforts online.  Printable donation forms are also available through our online toolkit with tools that also tie in with Social Networks such as Facebook, Twitter and MySpace. In addition, we will also help you with a media kit, an official Brain Tumor Alliance fundraising logo, and fundraising package full of useful tools and information to make your event successful!

Once you register your event or fundraising challenge, we will review the event and contact you with approval prior to listing it on our Grassroots Fundraising Event Schedule.  If there is an issue or concern with the event, we will contact you regarding it.

Please consider holding your own Grassroots Fundraising Event or support one of the following Brain Tumor Alliance Grassroots Fundraising Events across the nation.
